The 7 piece kit is easy to assemble. The 13.5” x 8” ( or 15” x 8”) acrylic plate fits over themash tun.A 7-piece fly sparger kit easily assembles with a flat head screwdriver. The kit includes a stainless steel (303 Billet) sparger and 1/2" stainless steel male/female quick connects. The Gentle Rain fly sparger should be set LOWER then your hot liquor tank. This will allow gravity to flow evenly through the six holes in the sparger. The fly sparger works best if there is no kink or curl in the tubing from your hot liquor tank to your mash tun. The tubing is easy to trim with scissors if it is too long for your set up.
